House Warming Party

We recently bought a house and its a huge milestone for us.After many years of living in my mother in laws place, my dream of finally owning one came true.The kids love this house and so am i and my hubby.today we have a housewarming party though not much people showed up. still, we had a great time. heres some pics.

I Miss You

Here's another poem that i wrote to my hubby after we got married. We've been separated for over a year 'till i got my visa.For those long months of being far away from each other, i tried to console myself by just writing letters and poems for him.

I Miss You

I look at your photographs again today
a sudden waves of loneliness fills my heart
knowing that we're so far apart


I miss you!
nights are so empty
without you beside me


I miss you
words came from an aching heart
that longs for your touch

I miss you
im waiting for the days
that we finally see
in flesh and in blood
united in love

Love's Journey

As I was browsing through my old stuffs, i came across a poem which i compose to my husband when we were still dating through the net. He liked it so much that he framed it but unfortunatelty the frame fell and the glass broke and forgot to replace it and just shove the paper through the pile of magazines . If it's not for my tidiness in getting rid of all these clutter, i shouldn't have remember this one. I cant believe how "love" can make a person be poetic and be inspired. I never knew that i can be a poet till i met and fell in love with my hubby. Here's the poem. read on.


Love's Journey

As dawn slowly unfolds to a new day
Love blooms from two hearts that meet from far away
Constant nourish and norture,
it grows into a deepening rapture


despite the odds that came along
love topples the storms and became strong.
now it comes to another stage
a turning point to a new page.


heart beats faster of anticipation
as days draws nearer for the culmination
when the two hearts unite as one
and a new chapter of life began

soon they will stand in the threshold
amidst the cheerful crowds
reciting a solemn promise
to love and to cherish
till life vanish
and returns to ashes....
